Welcome to
House of Courage
Who We Are
After several years walking with the Courage fellowship, Joshua is taking the next step by opening his home and inviting other brothers to share a daily life shaped by prayer, honesty, and mutual support. We want to grow — spiritually, emotionally, and relationally — and we believe that living in community helps us become the men God created us to be. In this house, every man is welcomed with dignity, challenged with love, and encouraged to pursue holiness with courage and joy.
Our Mission
The House of Courage exists to bring men together in holiness through prayer, brotherhood, and the daily practice of the goals of Courage International. Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church and inspired by the witness of the saints, we seek to become men of integrity who strengthen one another in faith, accountability, and authentic friendship.
Our Calling
Though we are currently scattered like sheep across the states, the Lord is gathering us into one fold. We trust the Holy Spirit to draw us together in His timing and in His place, forming a home where faith is lived, fellowship is real, and fortitude is forged in brotherhood.
Where
We Are
Our home is planted in south Louisiana — a small, unhurried corner of the world where faith still shapes daily life and neighbors carry one another’s burdens without fanfare. This is the heart of Acadiana, where the culture is warm, the food is rich, and the people know how to suffer and rejoice together. The Courage House grows out of that same soil. Here, the rhythms of Cajun country become part of our spiritual life: shared meals, honest conversations on the porch, and a community that holds each man with dignity and quiet strength. This place is not just a location; it’s a culture of hospitality and hope that forms the backdrop for our brotherhood.
